  • We conduct annual market surveys to compare rates and products from leading insurance companies. This allows us to ensure that you have the plan that suits your needs at reasonable prices.
  • We have the capabilities of providing clients with summaries on any of their benefits plans.
  • We are firm believers in maintaining an open line of communication with our clients. A dedicated client services manager gives your administration and employees direct access to an individual on the R. Stephens Financial staff capable of handling specific concerns.

In addition to these basic services, R. Stephens Financial offers the following specialized services on a complimentary basis:

  • We recommend one-on-one personal consultations for all employees prior to retirement, to assist in an easy transition from their group benefit plans to individually tailored plans. This consultation includes a comprehensive financial analysis to determine the level of insurance that is appropriate for each individual's situation.
  • We provide free personal consultations for active employees. These consultations serve two purposes:

    1. We review the employee’s existing financial goals and determine whether their current insurance plans meet those goals; and
    2. We customize and reconfigure a personal insurance program to fill any "gaps"

Richard S. Yuran, President

Richard Yuran is the President of R. Stephens Financial Inc. Mr. Yuran has more than 16 years of experience in customizing insurance and financial services to organizations and individuals. Richard Yuran founded R. Stephens Financial, Inc. in 1993 to assist both corporate and individual clients with a variety of insurance needs. Prior to establishing R. Stephens Financial Inc., Mr. Yuran worked at Leaton Financial Group as an insurance and investment representative. Mr. Yuran graduated from the School of Management of the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.S. degree in Accounting in 1986. He graduated with the highest honor, Summa Cum Laude, and was a recipient of the distinguished Wall Street Journal Award.   Mr. Yuran is also the Vice President of FCMC Mortgage Corp. Mr. Yuran is responsible for the sales and administrative functions, as well as the day-to-day operations of the company.

David Reed, Account Executive

David Reed joined R. Stephens Financial, Inc. in 2002.  David is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer in the states of New York and New Jersey.  David is involved in client relations, marketing, and sales of group and individual insurance products.  Mr. Reed graduated from Montclair University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.

Gillian Bryce, Administrator of Client Services

Gillian originally joined R. Stephens Financial in 2000. In 2005 she left to pursue other ventures in Western New York. We are happy that she has recently returned to the area to rejoin our team. Gillian is responsible for all aspects of client servicing. Prior to her employment with R. Stephens Financial, Inc. Gillian worked in the New York Medicare division at US Healthcare and served for 5 years as a small group client services specialist at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Adam Dash, Account Executive

Adam brings over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. He is involved in the plan design/implementation process of benefit programs. Adam has a great deal of experience in one on one meetings with employees.
